How to use
Wash your nose area ensuring the area you wish to treat is thoroughly wet.
With dry hands peel the strip of the plastic liner and with the smooth side down gently press to ensure good contact with the skin leaving the strip to dry for about 10-15 minutes.
When the strip begins to feel stiff it can then be moved starting at the edges slowly and carefully.
