Selenium, zinc and copper also contribute to normal maintenance of hair, with selenium and zinc contributing to the normal maintenance of nails.

Our supplements come with sustainability in mind. Our tubs and labels are made from natural plant materials which makes them 100% biodegradable. That means our tubs will feel right at home in a composting bin. Our lids are not yet compostable, but are recyclable, please check with your local recycling authority. Our supplements are also made with 100% renewable energy.

Directions
Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water when supplementing with hyaluronic acid.(2+ litres a day)
